Entry Criteria

1. This offer is open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland) aged over 18 years old.
2. This offer is not available in the Republic of Ireland, Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
3. Employees of the Promoter, its associated companies, agents and distributors and their immediate families are precluded from entry.

Claiming Your Voucher

4. To claim a reward you must purchase a Benefiber® product and retain the original receipt clearly showing the purchase of any size of Benefiber®
5. Receipts must be either a till receipt from a purchase in store or if purchased online you must provide a print out of your online confirmation of payment (order confirmations which do not show confirmation of payment will not be accepted).
6. You may claim a reward for each separate purchase of Benefiber® you make and for which you have an original till receipt until the closing date.
7. You must have registered using the online registration form on this website, completing all required fields.
8. Please print out your voucher clearly showing all of the information.

Closing Date

9. The closing date for claiming your voucher is 31.12.2008. Vouchers cannot be claimed after this date.

The Voucher

10. Each voucher entitles the bearer to one reward at one of the participating venues.
11. Only one voucher permitted per visit
12. Vouchers must be used by 31st March 2009
13. Locations of participating venues vary depending on the reward chosen
14. To receive your free reward you will need to present your reward voucher and hand your receipt showing your purchase of Benefiber® to the venue upon your arrival.
15. All rewards are subject to availability
16. The Promotor, its agents and distributors cannot guarantee that your chosen reward will be available and therefore have the right to substitute it with an alternative reward.
17. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the customer an alternative of equal or greater value subject to availability where the original reward cannot be provided.
18. All other customers will be required to pay the full price per treatment, and all future bookings will be charged at the full price unless using another Benefiber® rewards voucher as payment.
19. Repeat use of reward vouchers at the same venue shall be at the discretion of the participating venue.
20. Participating venues are all contracted to participate in the Benefiber® rewards through Active Consultancy Ltd
21. All rewards are provided and arranged by Active Consultancy Limited whose own terms and conditions also apply to this offer.
22. The offer is based on advance bookings only (where applicable) and is subject to promotional availability. Customers must state that they are holding a Benefiber® reward voucher when making their booking.
23. The Promoter, its clients, agents and distributors cannot be held responsible for any participating venue subsequently declining acceptance of vouchers or receipts for reasons of their own.
24. Participating venues supplying the rewards reserve the right to vary times and offer availability (e.g. Bank holidays).
25. Some participating venues have restricted times on the availability of the rewards - you are advised to call the venue in advance to check (where applicable).
26. Photocopied vouchers or photocopied receipts will not be accepted.
27. The voucher has no monetary value and is non-transferable, and cannot be sold or re-sold.
28. The Promoter, its clients, agents and distributors accept no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of Benefiber® rewards vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss, injury or illness suffered at participating venues and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/availability of featured venues.
29. The Promoter, its clients, agents and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
30. The Promoter, its agents and distributors do not guarantee the quality and/or availability of the services offered by the venues and cannot be held responsible for any resulting disagreements.
31. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment, or do not show at the venue, a cancellation charge may be incurred.
32. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law the Promoter’s liability shall, for any reason whatsoever be limited only to the cost of providing the reward.
33. The Promoter may terminate or suspend this offer at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
34. All details are correct at time of publication and launch of website.
